~~~~~~ Food Fight News!! ~~~6/4/03

This is from what I heard and saw about this I am not accusing any one of anything!

On Tuesday during lunch there where no teachers to watch the students, everything seemed to be going well except two students started to throw food. Then the people who thought It was amusing or got hit started to throw food until our Principle Mr. Moyer came in and threatened to cancel the rafting trip and pool party if we did not have the floor spotless until it was time to go. I my self threw some tator tots but never intentionally aim to hit someone. After Mr. Moyer talked with the students in the auditorium some who participated in the fight or watched, went to the office and told on themselves and what they saw. When I went to tell on my self, I heard Pat C. saw he saw Brain B. being chased by Courtney D. else for some reason, then what happened afterwards when the fight stared. He also admitted that he through food in it. Another guy (Though I don’t know his name) said the same thing as Pat. For what I said is this, “I saw people through food and I gotten hit by one tator and almost by 4 others, along with an apple being tossed under my table. That’s when I tossed 5 tator in the direction where the one hit me came from, and 2 of them hit someone.”

The next day all the students that got told on and told on themselves weren’t allowed to got to the school dance. Finally on bus 41 I was talking with Jeb C. Melissa S. and Leandra S. about what happened Tuesday and today. We were all upset about the way Mrs. Tashner punished us, without talking to the people who didn’t turn themselves in that were told on. Along with that Leandra said that Patrick P. or R. told on people who didn’t do a thing or just get hit. She also said he was throwing food but didn’t get punished. I can agree about that, since I can see most of the cafeteria and only Brain and JP were the ones throwing food from the table Leandra was sitting at. Also at Jeb’s table, no one was through food from there until they had gotten hit by tators or fruit. He also said David H. and someone else were under the table, but they gotten in trouble because someone said they did! Now that’s just plain wrong!
